I met with four real estate agents before having Bob be my agent.  I contacted the agents while I was just beginning the remodel to update it for sale.  A couple walked through and just said call them back later, Bob and another agent suggested updates and contractors.  The advice he gave was good and the contractors he suggested always called back versus just about every other contractor I called, their prices were also reasonable.  Bob stayed in contact while we were remodeling and came back twice to see how we were doing.  When it came time for the sale Bob suggested pricing and a plan that met our need to sell quickly but maximize our price.  We had already moved a thousand miles away by time the house sold but Bob took care of the entire process.  I can't say how impressed I was with Bob, he was extremely helpful the entire process, a good adviser and even a calming influence when we worried about different parts of the process.  He made the whole process go well.

Bob and I considered selling my house a couple times over the years. He knew what the house could sell for immediately and what price at which the house would not sell. When I did sell the house, it went for exactly what he said the market would allow.  The process went very well with Bob and Beth, his extremely helpful assistant, doing all the work for me. I had to reply via email on some details, make a couple calls to the mortgage company, and sign some papers. They handled everything else for me and came to my house for the paperwork.  One last compliment, Bob and Beth respond very quickly, if not immediately, via email and text messaging. REMAX has a fantastic system of notifying when people want to view the house, how long they plan to take, and block off days or times that you don't want anyone to view the house. I thought this was fantastic, especially with having two little kids at home. Thank You very much Bob for a wonderful and uncomplicated selling process.
